System Engineering
SysTech is able to engineer complete industrial
ventilation systems including air pollution control, vacuum conveying,
make-up air and noise abatement. We provide the necessary mechanical,
electrical and structural design packages for your project while recommending
the correct components with the most effective hood design,
air cleaning device and energy efficient fan for the application.
Where there are existing systems in need of a retrofit or upgrading,
we can evaluate the system operation and layout the steps necessary
to bring it up to the required standard of operation.
Design & Build
SysTech offers installation services for the systems
we design, including dust collectors, scrubbers, make-up air units, fans, duct,
capture hoods, hoppers and structural supports.
SysTech can "tweak" existing systems to improve capture of dust or reduction
of ambient particulate concentrations, resize duct and fittings to increase
system efficiency while maintaining proper material conveying velocity, and
select the correct filter media for reduced long term pressure drop.
Service
Wear parts may require periodic service and break-downs
do occur. SysTech is prepared to support those needs. Whether it is a crisis
situation, single time inspection need or a full service maintenance contract,
we will take responsible control of the individual piece of equipment or
complete system.
We are able to provide service to everything we sell as well as offer the
same timely support to components provided by others.
Replacement Parts
SysTech inventories standard replacement
parts including cartridge filters for dust collectors we distribute and those
for other manufacturers' equipment.
We offer high quality replacement ASHRAE and bag filters and parts for most air
pollution control equipment. Should you have fan issues we can provide
replacement wheels, bearings and shafts.
