will
provide
the
mechanical,
electrical
and
structural
design
packages
for
the
project
while
recommending
the
correct
components
with
the
most
effective
hood
design,
the
most
suitable
air
cleaning
device
and
energy
efficient
exhaust
blower
for
your
application.
Included
with
our
projects
is
start-up
and
permitting
assistance.
We
will
perform
feasibility
studies,
cost
estimates,
specification
packages
and
CAD
drawing
packages.

evaluate
the
system
and
recommend
steps
to
improve
efficiency,
while
reducing
operations
and
maintenance
costs.
DESIGN/BUILD
Systech
provides
installation
services
for
the
systems
we
design,
including
dust
collectors,
scrubbers,
make-up
air
units,
fans,
duct,
capture
hoods,
structural
supports
and
foundation
bases.
Our
goal
is to
be
your
single
source
for
project
responsibility.
Systech
provides
retrofits
and
upgrades
to
existing
systems
to
improve
airflow
design,
increase
efficiency
with
resultant
lower
horsepower,
maintain
proper
material
conveying
velocity
and
reduced
maintenance
requirements.
MAINTENANCE
Systech
will
provide
maintenance
for
most
industrial
air
cleaning,
conveying
equipment,
and
fans.
We
will
re-bag,
clean-up,
maintain,
perform
repairs;
and
recondition
your
air
pollution
control
device
to
control
emissions
and
keep
your
facility
in
regulatory
compliance.
The
range
of our
service
varies
from
annual
inspections,
to
24-hour
inspection
and
operation
of
your
emission
control
systems.
Additional
services
such
as fan
balancing,
ventilation
system
surveys
and
tests
are
available
upon
request.
Written
reports
and
equipment
alert
lists
are
submitted
after
each
inspection.
We
know
that a
solid
preventative
maintenance
program
will
ensure
long
equipment
life.
We
will
work
with
you to
design
a PM
plan
that
addresses
service
frequency,
needs,
balancing,
optimization
techniques,
catalyst
testing
or
system
testing,
among
others.

PARTS
We
offer
high
quality
replacement
cartridge
and
bag
filters
and
parts
for
most
air
pollution
control
equipment
manufacturers.
