Description
TG PowerCore Filter Packs are angular in shape with dimensions of 36.26 inch length x 16.70 inch width x 5.31 inches high. Each pack replaces up to three conventional round cartridge filter elements. These packs fit into a Donaldson Torit TG Dust Collector. Flame-retardant Ultra-Web® nanofiber media is standard in these units to ensure longer filter life at a significantly lower pressure drop. Where an accumulated static charge might occur, the packs can be constructed of an optional anti-static (AS) media.
The TG collector is second in a series of collectors specifically designed for thermally generated dust from welding, laser cutting, plasma cutting and thermal spray. They are complete with integral fan packs, integrated electrical controls, a Torit airflow controller with VFD, a particulate sensor, and built in spark abatement.
Five models include the TG2, TG4, TG6, TG8, and TG12. The number indicates the number of filter packs. The integral fan motors range from 5 to 30 HP with a maximum 14,000 CFM airflow.
