SysTech has an improved tool to improve your air quality. With the latest evolution of the Donaldson DWS Downflo Workstation, comes an improved Model DWST that incorporates triangular filter cartridges and improved filter cartridge cleaning system. These units, with integral fan, are rated at 5,800 to 7,000 CFM per module depending upon the module selected and the materials being collected.
When it is not possible to source capture the dust, we’ve used modules in Dust Control Booths successfully in many applications including:

These modules are very versatile and can be butted together to provide the necessary airflow and room velocities to effectively contain dust that is being generated. From a single module to a complete end wall in a production area these units are the most cost-effective, dollar per CFM, dust collector available. One or more can be initially installed, and additional modules installed as production quantity or size of work pieces dictates, become larger, to capture the increased amount of dust.
If the location is within a larger facility, walls and ceiling can be supplied as complete work enclosures positioned in front of the module (s) with lights and receptables.
